Swimming.

Swimming is available to us at all ages. It helps our Cardiovascular System. It gives us more endurance and improves our oxygen intake.
Swimming even help injured sports players. As a means of rehabilitation, doctors will prescribe the athletes to swim. The resistance in water is very beneficial for those sore muscles.

The U.S. Center for Disease Control estimates that of the leading causes of death and disease, heart disease is in the top ten.
